By accessing or using PredictEdge, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Use of Services

You may use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• Ensuring the data you input is accurate and lawful

• Not misusing the platform (e.g., hacking, spamming, unlawful targeting)

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, code, and technology on the platform are owned by PredictEdge Inc. or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose without permission.

4. Subscription & Billing

Access to PredictEdge may require a paid subscription. All billing terms will be outlined in your individual agreement or pricing plan. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. You may cancel your subscription at any time with notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredictEdge Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
